What counts as a mailbox?
A mailbox is a real inbox with its own login — one per person on your team. That is the only thing you pay for.
Aliases and forwarders are not mailboxes. They are extra addresses that deliver into an inbox you already have, and they are unlimited on every plan.
For example
- ana@company.com and marco@company.com — two mailboxes, one per person
- info@, hello@ and support@ — aliases and forwarders, free and unlimited
So a five-person company on Business can still publish as many public addresses as it likes.
Need one more person?
You don't have to jump to the next plan to add someone. Extra mailboxes can be added to any plan for $4.50 per mailbox / month, with the same 15 GB of storage and the same features. They appear on the same monthly bill as your plan.
